Action for Sick Children Scotland (ASCS) is seeking the views of Parents and Carers whose children have had an anaesthetic in a Scottish NHS hospital during the last 3 years.
This short survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete.

We are especially keen to hear from parents whose children have received anaesthetic in hospitals other than RHSC Yorkhill, the new Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow and the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Edinburgh. Thank you!
