...kind of rocking back and forth for a bit.

Fine otherwise - he has been zooming and jumping about like a loon... Confused

Is the poor little boy 'bunged up' Shock

Are there any poohs in his side of the house? Has he got a pooh stuck in his bottom?
Our GP2 frequently has a walnut sized turd in his lower regions. Poor little thing, passes gas and eventaually we find it in his bed.

Vaseline round his bits ?
Plenty of watery veg like cucumber and celery if you have them.
Maybe some grass if you can get hold of some.

Is there any chance he might have eaten something like plastic or cellophane? Keep a check on his abdomen. If it feels tight, bloated and 'hollow' if you tap it then this points to an obstruction. If it's obstruction, it's a vet SOS situation.

Hopefully it's a big pooh that he'll pass out.
We sometimes 'help' GP2 with a baby wipe. Not too often though, I don't want him getting lazy Wink

Hi Bonkey, how are you, and how is BP doing? Has he managed to go properly without straining? Poor chap, sounds bunged up. 70 s advice brilliant, grass usually helps and lots to drink....

Hi fernie

Fine - hes been playing at haunted haystacks again Hmm , I haven't caught him doing it again and Iv'e been working so have had my eye on him! (table next to both cages!) .

Plenty of poo in his cage....eating, drinking fine. Seems alert and happy .

Its obviously nothing major for now but will keep a close eye - he freaked me out a tad last night. :( I had the vets number out....

On another completely unrelated note - I am stupidly excited because I have got a fellow crafter to make me up some cage liners - nice padded ones. I just need to find some fleece Grin .
