I'm managing to cut a handful of grass from the lawn but I know it won't be much longer.
I give hay to bed in and eat (changed daily) and I bought alfafa hay but it seems a bit dry not lush and juicy like grass.
The P@H site has a dried grass but on the picture it looks green. IRL it looks like straw.
I don't want to give more green veg-worried about their tummies and they already have veg/parsley/apple/grapes for breakfast and supper. We vary so that the choice isn't repeated.
Any ideas?

What do you give your guinea-pigs or rabbits now that the grass is a bit ropey?
