Spanx - do the ones that suck in your tummy leave a hideous visible line?

That says it all really! I'm happy with my bum and thighs so don't really want to squish them in with the knickers spanx, but my stomach could do with a helping hand.

I recently wore my full length Spanx (i.e. under the tits to above the knees) under a very delicate silk dress, no one was any the wiser.

I think you need to make sure it fits you, don't go for a size too small because then you get a drum tight effect on your stomach and your back fat spills out the top.

But it is BRILLIANT.

No line, I had the above cycling short type too. But peeing out of the underflap is tricky and taking them off to go to the loo is not an option! Worth it for a special occasion though. You can try them on in John Lewis.
