If you are waiting for items in Toast sale to reappear in stock due to returns...

Just rang customer services to ask if they had a waiting list for any potential returns for the Cavalry boots which are currently out of stock. Very nice chap told me that often when things are returned they are not in a saleable condition. I am a bit about this because I take such care when returning items myself. Anyway, he said don't hold out for returns - even on the clothing. You need to get busy calling the stores, who then charge a £5.50 courier fee on top of sale price (which I would think equates to the charge of their regular P&P anyway ).

Managed to get my boots from the Islington store...their very last pair
