So - is it really possible to be stylish and comfortable whilst wearing a wrap sling ? Because I am struggling !

At the moment I'm doing skinny jeans, boots and a plain long sleeved top with my Moby wrap, then a wooly cardi over the top - are there any other options or am I going to be boring for the next 6 months ?

What did all you other baby wearers do ?

I mostly wear the sling outside, so with the colder weather coming, what are my options for things to wear under the sling, and over the top ?

My budget is tiny btw... any help and suggestiongs desperately gratefully received

Try a ring sling, you're not so bunched up in fabric and there're alot easier/quicker to get baby/alarmingly heavy non-walking lump in and out of.

A big wooly scarf over the winter which you wrap up baby and you in and then can shed quickly once indoors looping it through the strap of your largish handbag on other shoulder.

Try the ring sling for a week, you quickly get used to the weight and you'll be able to use it when baby is toddler heavy for nipping into the shops/near busy roads/tantrum meltdown when all teh buggy babies are falling off mummy's hip.

I did the showing off thing the other day but it's definitely not as conveneint..

I've been avoiding ring slings because of the one shoulder thing, and when I'm out he tends to be in the sling for a fair amount of time... but I realised today a big wooly scarf is a must, thank you
