Would these Fly boots fit my fat legs?

Does anyone have these? Looking at that assuming that the panel is stretchy - anyone got fat calves and these boots?

they are 35cms at the top i think, they are the same size as the mol.
yule might fit, they are very comfy too.

Does the stretchy part not make a difference to the fitting though?

My calves are 39cm, 38 with a tight tape measure, just measured.
