That about sums it up really.
How can I repair 3yrs of virtually no sleep and constant stress overnight
Please, anyone, what is your top tip for something I can slap on that will make me look refreshed and amazing.

I find some fake tan always makes me look healthier and it's a pretty quick fix too.

Hadn't thought of that. I will add that to my list, thank you.

Sleep works wonders, can you squeeze some in during the day, go to bed mega early? I assume you've got a child that's waking you, but if it's really important you could go to bed at the same time as dc.

Hi MagNacarta, I'm going to be in bed by 10 each night! I don't have a very young dc but one that does have sleep disturbances sometimes so it can be hard to judge whether I'll get woken at the crack of dawn or be up ten times in one night
I need a miracle really don't I?

Lots of water and ila Spa's rose facial oil. Plus Bare Essentials make-up is amazing and Lily Lolo waikiki bronzer - everytime I use this combination people say how 'well' I look!

Exfoliator. Slough off the dead layers that build up from lack of sleep. Any sort of facial scrub, mine is Aapri I think.

Gah, no it isn't, it's St Ives apricot. Aapri was an 80's product!

I tried Beauty Flash Balm for the first time the other day (lovely lady in Clarins gave me a mini-massage too) and thought it was fab. Can't afford it though.

Thanks for all your suggestions, really appreciate it. I am drinking loads of water, early nights, new cleanser etc plus Bliss Triple Oxygen Mask...short of a miracle it's the best I can do I think!
