Boiled wool coat- disappointing and going back- size 10 is generous- sleeves are long and I don't like the funnel neck- makes me look as if I have no neck at all. The wool is soft though not scratchy.

Cashmere cropped cardi- nice except they have sent me the wrong colour wanted grape and got damson ( almost navy if that's what you want)- sending replacement.

Merino tunic in grey- looks good yet to try on.
Sixties mini ( longer length) wool is quite scartchy and have yet to try.

Velvet jeans- yet to try- suspect I will need to lose 4lbs as gradually expanding from a 10 to a 12 and don't want to be depressed!

Henley dress is lovely, even teenagers were impressed

Double layer dress was nice but the band around the waist added bulk just where I didn't need it.

Ordered loads of other dresses which were hideous.

The striped grey top is tiny and a very stretchy, cling to all your bumps fabric.

Going back upstairs to try on the multitude of jackets and coats I seem to have ordered, but disappointing so far.

Didn't like any skirts or trousers this year.

The 60s mini is quite nice- just A line and in longer length comes almost mid-knee.

Velvet jeans - yes they fit in a 10- can get fastened but bit of a mutton top that needs togo- but plenty of space in the "rise"_ I like a roomy rise!

Bib tunic -quite nice- not sure if I can wear tunics at 5'3"- comes to mid thought.

Help-looks like I might be keeping all..
decided the coat looks good if the collar is left open. Got the grey and stillpondering over the brown- not sure whether to order another colour just to compare- anyone got the brwon and what does it look like?

Not sure about the bib front tunic- am I too short for it?

Skirt is good too- hope to wear it as casual skirt.

Velvet cords - nice.

Cash cardi- great when they send the right colour.

Cord coat in purple is great, as is the merino cross over jumper.

I have two very large boxes to return to the post office today!

I wouldn't have thought so as long as it's not too long - you sound slim! I'm 5"9 and size 12 and for the first time ever wish I'd got regular. Would you wear it with heels?

It comes mid thigh- ideally, it should be a couple of inches shorter, but looks roughly the same as the one in the web pic next to the woman wearing the red Henley dress!

I might wear it with heels- or at least chunky boots with a flat heel iyswim.

Ah so you've recieved it then. I am tempted by a dress and a mac but not much else. I love the Boden sale but I reckon the clothes don't justify the normal price - quality not great. I am in love with the white company instead at the moment.

CS- what are you buying from White C?

My friend just bought a floppy white over shirt thingy ( new stock) but it was £60. I quite like a Henley style oatmeal jumper, but the oatmeal shade is really not my colour- bit wishy washy.

PS- I bought all of mine at 20%- wouldn't normally buy full price unless in love with the item.

I bought a long cardi and top full price and they were then reduced in the sale about a week after I received them - arrrgh! I'd already worn them by then! I've also bought a jumper, top and another cardi from the sale - so soft and snuggly. I've got a tie top and top I've already bought in my basket at the moment - buying top again for next summer. Am also ordering the short empire tee in amethyst and am thinking about the knitted tunic. I hope they're going to be adding more stuff - not much there at the moment.

I got the urban mac and it is going back. I thought it was shapeless and the huge grey buttons are horrible.

Mrs Merryweather - what colour did you go for in the velvet jeans? I really like the look of the slate ones. Am slightly concerned though that velvet will add bulk to the thighs?

Has anyone ordered this dress? I have just put an order in for it myself but would love to hear any feedback.

Am also considering the straightleg jeans in dark indigo but thought I would wait until Johnnie offers even more of a discount in a couple of weeks (have only got 10% and free p&p at the moment as I wasn't as organised as you lot weeks ago )

I spotted someone this morning in this jacket and it looked absolutely cheap, nasty and vile.

So glad as I was contemplating buying it.

I got the velvet trews in slate- nice dark grey.
They don't add bulk- but whatsize are you? I got a size 10.

That dress looks nice- I saw that but thought it was very dressy and not warm enough for everyday wear.
