Anyone used the DIOR 5 shadow palette? it's about £32 so don't want to splash out if useless.

Have tried:
Bobbi Brown- made eyes itch
No 7 trio- ok but not special
Clinique- no colours I like

Currently using Ruby & Millie in a beige and a slightly sheeny beige.

Looking for beige/taupe/brown-ish shades with no shimmer as got crepey eye lids.

Benefit do a 'natural' eye palette for less than £20 I think.

If any of the premium brand itch your eyes you should return them for a refund.

I had a nice palette from Clinique - about 2 years ago now. I use the darkest one for my eye brows.

I personally like Mac everytime and the people on the counter always seem to know what they are talking about - I think they are actual make up artists?

Good luck

I liked it, I brought the new CD foundation and the woman gave me a miniature version of the eyeshadow,

I'm currently trying the new Avon ones they are packaged just like the Chanel ones and i've been pleased with them.

Oops- sorry had to dash to the shops and bought the Dior one- had a nice surprise at the counter as another shopper said my make up looked great and was it Dior...I said no, Clinique and Laura Mercier palette blusher and steared her that way for some new foundation!

I agree about MAC, and had forgotten about them for a mo, but the palettes are quite big and I like the idea of playing with smaller amounts in the 5 palette.

feeding back- got the CD 5 palette and it's lovely- got Incognito shades- one ivory, one beige-cream, one pale pink, a brown-taupe and a grey. They blend easily and are very subtle shades.
