Tip of the day

Don't get in a panic over Christmas. Keep a box and put a little in it every week - small gifts, wine, nibbles, napkins etc. This way, you'll be more relaxed and less skint in December! keriku

Quote of the week

CaptainNancy's (admirably succinct) family rules: "Don't be a dingbat/duffer. Keep calm and carry on. Dream big. Shut up and get on with it."

Recipe of the week

Carmenere's cinder toffee: sweet, sticky, made-in-five-minutes toffee squares that'll spark off a few 'yums' among the 'oohs' and 'aahs' of your little fireworks-watchers.

Have got some really lovely knitwear at amazing prices in their past sales and some great summer dresses and jewellery from the current collection. Sizing is variable- have sized up for knitwear.
not sure about the sizing - I generally am a 12-14 but ordered a 16 coat as have very broad shoulders and it was a perfect fit..

Good to hear prefect.... grin

Haven't seen that site before, are they good? What's the sizing like?

Love finding new sites
<don't worry all the good stuff is out of stock>
yes I have.

Had my winter coat from there last year, which I loved and at £40 ws a bargain.

I also got a pair of jeans for DP for a fiver, which I love, but he dislikes because they're quite low waisted.

I think they're really good price for quite good quality - just had the summer catalogue and am envy that am preg and can't get anything in the sale !!

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
