How do I wear this scarf?

I bought this scarf not realising it was a square cut scarf, not a long one.

I really like the pattern, but I've got no idea how to wear it. It's about 1m square.

There must be a better way to do it than I am managing right now. I look a mess - not the desired effect at all.

fold it in half, the fold over again a couple of times, so that it becomes the shape of the photograph, Then tie round your neck Audrey Hepburn style, pref with the note to one side, oh la la!
