Wristwatch with moving / animated face / unusual hands

Am trying to find either a ladies or childrens watch and wondered if you can help. Had a lovely and sentimental Chipie watch from Paris that had a moving face, ie the dial was in lots of segments which all moved around. Alternatively looking for the hands to be quirky ie flowers etc. Quite a good budget, and welcome your suggestions. PS Ive already looked at Fossil, thanks. x
