I've got some and I hardly ever wear them as they don't look great and give me a bit of a backache, tbh. I wouldn't bother.

I tried hard, but the claims of buns or steel and toned hams are all a bit far-fetched, IMHO.

buns of steel

I think you have to wear them literally all day every day to notice a difference, I wore them when I was pregnant and had back problems when being stylish wasn't on my agenda, they are gathering dust now, am a size 8 would you like them ?

I doubt they'd do anything for you then, have 2 pairs of heels instead

I wear mine most days (ie if I can wear trainers with my outfit) and like them. Of course I have buns of steel

Not.

But they are very comfy and stopped me having sore feet standing at work all day.

They are ugly.

I have the sandals.

They are really really good to wear if you have back trouble like me but too ugly to wear all the time! Worth the money.

They are too fugly to wear, even if they do tone your legs etc

I have had 2 pairs and I think they look OK with bootleg long trousers that cover most of them (for work)

However for back and knee problems I swear by them. Also I had a tear in one of them and the customer service was amazing. New pair delivered the next day.

sorrento I'm a size 8 and have been eyeing them up for months. Am hoping that those and the baby bjorn will shift this baby weight.

How much do you want for them?

I'm not so fashion conscious and i wore various black pairs for 3 years non stop. They are fun to wear and make walking extra enjoyable, but i've since found out that although they help with core stability, they mess up your foot mechanism. I don't think it's worth the trade off now. There are other ways of getting the same effect.

Well you're not using the muscles in your foot at all anymore - so they lose strength. You could always counter it by doing foot exercises though. I found i got lazy with foot placement as the mbt does the work for you by rolling you forward. It was quite noticeable when i had to wear different shoes for a job. I missed the sensation though - they feel great when you're used to them.

maybe wearing them 30% of the time is a good compromise?

I wear mine about half the time - got them in November. I don't have buns of steel, but I certainly have less mushy buns than I used to. I really like them.

Fruitstick the mbts and the BabyBjorn (well Tomy carrier) certainly helped me loose baby weight. And lots of walking. I might have lost the weight walking anyway, but my legs are far more toned than they would have been otherwise. Much easier walking on the pavement that off road on them though - I think walking on rough ground in them probably defeats their object.

Have worn mine solidly for the year I've had them. Do actually have nicer looking legs and pert bum - though never knew these benefits when got them. Had back problems which just weren't going away after 2 kids and after 5-6 weeks they had sorted me out. Were strange to get used to. I wear them all the time though (despite being told one hour a day - not really practical for me). They're not the nicest looking things imo but am about to buy another pair having worn these ones out.
