10, 27

It's a dress, and you can select either 10, 27 or 10, 30. What could that mean, it can't be the length of the dress because that would be 37-40 I'd guess. It's not european sizes either.

Yes, I know it is from the much-mocked portofino for 45 yr olds range!

That's how many minutes you've got until the undertaker knocks

Ah, the shirt dress one of the items that is ok! I think it refers to the skirt (lower part of the garment from the waist area as it is a dress ofcourse), so you could have a shorter or longer version of the dress.

Is it length?

i.e. you can order size 10 with a 27" length OR 30" length? (or would that be ridiculously short?) I am a bit rubbish with sizing/lengths.

length of skirt

but don't you dare get the short version, it's meant to be frumpy and a funny length

Its the new EU dog years size.
The basic size is 10 and then the 27 is how many times you multiply by to give you the age you will look if you put it on

The second number is the number of chocolate eclairs you can eat, with ease, whilst wearing the dress.

Are you dressing it up for your silver wedding do or down for an evening with chums at the bowls club?

Ha ha Swedes, it's for a school reunion, a forty year school reunion. It'll be a useful 'wardrobe staple', "I have a few rubies ocming up" (as my Mum would say).

I reckon Twiggy is going to be axed and replaced by marie Helvin. It's kind of funny really, let's get sexy Marie Helvin to model the androgenous, frumpy range of clothes. Genius! Not to be tooooo mean about Twiggy but I think she'd probably find more things to say 'ooooh' I like that to in the portofino range. marie Helvin probably thinks top shop too frumpy.
