7 days from when you received it for full refund , but up to 3 months for a credit voucher.

lovely, I received an order from sale stock on 19th December. Their despatch note was dated 16th December however. With the furore of the festive season, I finally got around to returning items on 6th January. Received full refund 24 hours later. So worth trying even if its a slightly out of 7 day limit. I think they just dont want people taking the p*ss.
