Help me find something other than trousers for my birthday night out please

Looking for something to wear in 2 weeks. Dh wants to take me out for food and a few drinks.

Big effort ds 10 weeks and dd 20 months.
Not been out for ages.
Just binned/sold all maternity clothes and ready for new wardrobe.

Would like to wear a dress (but need to wear tights/stockings) due to blue white legs.

Or possibly black trousers (no change though)

also heels a must.

Also important I dont do short sleeved tops, unless have a cardigan or shrug.

Do I sound too picky.
Dh also says my wardrobe is full of black
