Laura Robsons Black Dress - Where From?

Ignoring the fact I am old enough to be her Mother I really liked Laura's dress she wore last night to the Wimbledon Ball. Any ideas where its from (probably designer....) or is there anything similar out there????

Am liking the 40's style blouse dress a lot! Wonder if its short cos the model has v long legs??? Not sure if I would dare to have that much leg on display - unless in thick tights! Thanks for looking JackieNo!
