Need shrug and shoes - help!

Right, I bought this dress and I want a shug like this but cant spend £40 on it. Anyone seen similar? Dont want the buttoned or tied ones - they just dont look right with the dress. Any colour would be considered.

And can anyone advise on shoes too? I cant do really high heels, which seem to be everywhere atm

Have you tried Debenhams?They have an 'occasions' section with shrugs to go with prom type dresses-more affordable than monsoon-your dress is gorgeous,by the way!

Nice little kitten heels would look great with that dress. Whate about a little cardigan, in black, from Next, £15 try this
