Going a bit crazy now researching online with no luck, I wish I had just asked the girl that walked past me this morning where her bag was from!
Thought it might be from All Saints, sadly no, so sure I saw similar styles last year but can't remember which shops.

Medium sized slouchy hobo with zip and tassles, cross body strap and carry handle.

OP, that bag is on etsy and the seller is located in Poland so unless it has to be from within the UK it really shouldn't be that much hassle, they do returns and everything.

Brilliant thanks so much! I've never bought from Etsy before but it looks straightforward and with returns it's all good! Assuming no customs tax as EU? The Kate Spade is in stock at HoF so might look at that too.
