Bad colour done by hairdresser. Complain?

I've had a darker ombré type style done yesterday.

I have medium brown hair. I wanted a richer colour putting on the ends just to add a bit of depth and colour. More of a deep chestnut, rich chocolate colour.

I've come out with dark brown almost black ends.

It's not horrendously noticeable and in the salon it looked ok-after a nice curly blow dry.

But now I've washed it it looks like a bad home dye job. I've never complained at a salon before and this is a salon I haven't been to before.

Yes complain to the salon. They should get you back in to correct it.

Trouble is if you don't complain straight away you've accepted it and after a couple of washes they will say it's fading all that sort of thing. Get yourself there Monday morning if they are open and you can

Complain! I'm sure they'd be much more disappointed if you went elsewhere to have it corrected and another salon saw and judged their handiwork. Screenshot a pic of your expectations.

I had a terrible colour done in a salon. I complained in person and they agreed to fix it. After they 'fixed' it it was even worse and I was too upset to go in again. I took photos of my hair to highlight my issues, and I emailed them with my complaint and requested a refund. They agreed.
