Does this dress need a statement necklace? And what shoes?

Just ordered this dress for a work awards dinner I'm hosting next Friday Biba wrap over gown

I will have hair up. Do you think it needs a statement necklace or something simple?

And sparkly or non-sparkly sandals? I have snake skin sandals that are gorgeous but think a bit of sparkle might be needed as the dress is plain?

If it makes any difference, I have fair skin and blonde highlighted hair that will be up on the night.

lovely dress, would keep the necklace simple and for shoes maybe something like this www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_051010602986_-1 not too sparkly but a bit which should work nice a dress like yours.
Example for necklace type: www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_37484+SSST050901_-1

Thank you, oh I love those Jenny Packham shoes.

I have a fine platinum necklace that I wear every day with a simple diamond pendant that was made to match my engagement ring so I may stick with that.

Now, earrings. Diamond studs or drop with hair up?

That's lovely but I think drop earrings and a nice bracelet would look better especially if your hair is up

Drop earrings and no necklace I think. Would make neckline too busy. Lovely dress though.

Do you wear glasses? If not, def statement earrings and hair up.
