My Perfect Eyes. Anyone used this? Any thoughts?

I got some of this mail-order recently. Has to be used exactly according to instructions, whereas I prefer the slap-it-on-and-hope-for-the-best method. I can see it does smooth out some crows feet, and tighten the area, but I think I still need some more practise...
