Where can I get decent quality thermal tights (not leggings)?

M&S are crap quality this year. I'm 5ft 10 and bought the recommended size as usual but got a hole on the first wear. Grrr.

I bought some off ebay! Brand new from one of the shops on there. This is the second year with no holes!
