Smart casual for work in an office.

I am in my early 50s but don't want to look frumpy!
Not sure what shape I am - either pear or apple? Waist seems to have disappeared sad and I'm a size 10 on top and 12 bottom half.

Height 5' 5".

Any suggestions please?

This dress from hush looks like it could be quite flattering.

Don't know about that olive green dress, may as well wear a burlap sack!

I have a similar one to the Hush one from All Saints (last year), Jigsaw also have similar shape .
Only get one that shape. We are a similar age and I wore that shape in the 80s wink avoid getting in ruts, have a variety.

Uniqlo? There are a few other colours but it's selling out.
