It's lovely. I'd go with pale neutral accessories eg bone. Maybe a cropped jacket with 3/4 sleeves?

I love that dress. I thought the flared jumpsuit looked like something that would not suit anyone ever, but I'm sorry it didn't work! Returning things is a pain.
