Baggy eyes and wrinkles

I do all the right things for my skin I think, wear SS, use retinol and glycolic acid, and eat well. Overall my skin is clear and in good shape, although on the dry side. I've lately been getting puffy bags under my eyes (which I'm somewhat genetically predisposed to) and these vary from day to day, but now I've noticed when I smile, I kind of get smile lines underneath my bags. I hate it. What can be done? I'm 40.

Isn't this normal at 40? I've had fine lines around my eyes since my last twenties and since then they've been getting more obvious.
Sorry can't help more.

Perhaps you're focussing on that area when you look at yourself. Other people probably don't notice at all.
