Boots like Hush Thornton but lower heel?

I like these boots from Hush - but need the heel to be a bit lower - anyone seen any??
It's the dipped bit at the front which I like kidding myself they will make my chunky calves look better

Try Grace from sevenbootlane.com.it has a 5cm instead of 7cm heel.
