Going out for drinks- what to wear?

Pub for drinks. Local pub, will be full of young 'uns heading for town in short tight frocks and massive heels, plus a group of school mums
Jeans and heels and top ok? What top? I got rid of all my clothes a few weeks ago and didn't replace them
I will put on a short navy dress tonight- bit tea dress esque with tan knee high boots I think. But not very going out is it?! I need new outfits I can use for nights such as this? Thank you
