Anyone used the Aqua Sana at centre Parcs?

I'm thinking of booking one of the 3 hour sessions there when I'm on a family Centre Parcs stay. Never done the whole Centre Parcs thing before so no clue what it's like really. Any tips? Is it worth it? (£43 by the looks of it for a mixture of different steam/sauna/hot tub/swim type things)

Oh yes. It is lovely. Really relaxing. Totally worth it. Lots of different themes saunas, steam rooms, showers etc, and a lovely pool in the middle

Also, how do you know when your time is up? Are there clocks everywhere or announcements or something? I think I'd be lost without my phone and anxious not to overrun and be late back to family for kids bedtimes. (Or worse, not get to try all the rooms haha)

I think you just go when you have had enough! I can't remember that being a problem

Are most people there in groups or couples? I'd just be on my own with partner and kids off doing centre Parcs type stuff (bliss!)

When I went it was me plus DP, but we mainly did our own thing anyway.

I really liked it, and I'm not that sort of person normally! It was just nice and not too OTT. It was not too busy either

It's just lovely. I'd happily spend hours there alone. Tbh, I didn't notice much what others were doing or who they were with. Totally need to get my daughter booked in to the crèche as going back in November and looking forward to it already!

It is amazing. Worth every penny.
There are clocks dotted around to keep an eye on the time.

It's lovely. I've been in a group & on my own. Both fine. Take a book/some magazines.

It's fab, I love the herbal steam room and swimming in the outdoor pool when it's cold outside. Worth every penny. I always take a book to read in the zen garden or on the balcony but get so relaxed I nod off instead!

They have a clock up, it's lovely and they didn't rush me when I arrived a little late and told me that it wasn't fully booked in the afternoon and so could stay later if I wanted.

I loved it and could spend a whole day there!

It's one of the nicest spas I've been to. Lots of choice on rooms to use.
The only thing I wasn't keen on was that you couldn't put your gown down anywhere so you had to carry it from room to room. It was so damp after an hour but maybe I was just using it wrong.

There were hooks outside the rims though weren't there? You didn't take your gown in did you?

I went a few years ago - the spa itself was lovely, but the changing rooms were a tip, a lot of the towelling robes were not in the best nick. It spoiled what would otherwise have been an amazing experience.

I went last year and it was lovely. Would really recommend

One of the best spas I've been to. Really friendly staff too and not pompous like some other places, but the spa feels very luxurious.

I've done it and it's fab! Been with a friend and once by myself. The time I went by myself was a few days before Christmas, I went in the evening and when I walked back to the lodge it was snowing! It was magical, I could have been in the Alps.

One of the best spa I have been too. Have spent whole day there 9-6 before! Treatments are very good

Lovely range of different rooms - my favourite was the menthol steam room.

It was the only thing that would get me back to Centre Parcs. Really recommend it and I'm not a "spa" person at all normally. You've got me googling "Spa days" there now!

I've been to the one at longleat and it's the best spa I've ever been to by a long shot. They do evening deals which are quite reasonable. My only negative was there was only one pool (the outside one) and it was quite cold so not very relaxing. The steam rooms are amazing though!

Great. That sounds like pretty unanimous positivity. I'm so excited now!! Going to book a slot Smile
