Does this look ok together? Not sure if it does or if I'm colourblind!

Thoughts? Not sure how well the colour has come out but it's a sort of lavender with a teal dress. Shoes are black, grey and teal, bag is black lace...

Lovely! I'm not a big fan of black accents though- do you have a different bag? Metallic?

I don't think so. But am prepared to be out votedSmile

Sorry, I don't like it at all.
Two strong colours would be fine or strong and neutral.

I like it but would go for 'nude' shoes and bag!

It's a bit.... I dunno....
I'm not fussy on the colour of the wrap but the colour of the dress is lovely. I'm not sure they go together.

No.

I don't know how old you are, but my 70+ year old mum would love that combo.

I'm going to unhelpfully say that it depends on your colouring... the combination would wash me out but I think it would look great with dark or red hair, for example.

Agree that nude accessories would be great (also not a fan of black accents on coloured outfits).

I'm not keen on this colour combo, but I think it would work okay in a really summery outfit.

I think you need a cream scarf. Or a nice grey. Silver maybe. Depends on your colouring.

And grey/silver shoes.

Yes. If it was for me, I'd prefer plum to lavender but I think they look fine together. Not with black though, maybe grey?

Thanks all!

Hmm mixed enough for me to think I'm not entirely crazy but more noes than ayes Smile

Benny I don't don't know how old your mum is but I think I'm probably a wee bit younger!

I'm going to stick with the shoes I think, I tried those ones and nude ones and preferred the black/grey/teal ones. they're not all black so I don't think too dark for the dress - and it's a heavy fabric too. Greyish wrap didn't work for me so I think it probably needs to be silver cover up - so a shopping trip required then...

No. The dress needs to be paired either with a stringer / bolder colour or with a neutral colour. The lavender is just a b

My DD would have loved this when she was about 6 (and obsessed with the little mermaid!)
She went through a phase of wanting to only wear clothes in this colour scheme, so that's all I can think of when I see them together! Wink

If the pic was you wearing it think it wd be easier to tell. Does look a bit frumpy TBH!

Agree with everyone else. You could get away with it if the lilac were a greyish cool tone but it's too pink, so you're basically putting pink and green together. If grey didn't work and you have black accessories then I'd suggest a silver or black wrap.

No - it's too much, colours too strong

The pink reminds me of a medicine I had as a kid or calamine lotion. I think the teal would look awesome though with more of a bright cerise shade
