Sports Bra recommendations

Having had lots of help on my running gear thread, I'm now turning my attention to a decent bra. Have read over loads of old threads and Freya and Panache are mentioned over and over but I thought I'd ask if anyone can recommend something for someone small of nork. Usual bra size is a 32C.

Thanks!

this one is very comfortable and gives good support.

Shock Absorber Run also comes in your size - you might need a 34 back, it's very tight

Ah Katharina, you're helping me again Flowers. Now that's a bargain! Am steering clear of Shock Absorber because I feel like a trussed Turkey in the one I have! Thanks!

The Shock Absorber Run is great, but as Katharina said, try a 34 back as they run small.

I disagree on the Berlei I'm afraid - I thought the support was awful - but I'm an E cup and tried it over v long distances. It just wasn't a patch on the Panache which I think it's trying to imitate, with the moulded style etc.

Lots of people at my running club who are smaller of boob swear by the Decathlon Kalenji ones. Could be worth getting one of those and a Shock Absorber Run too, and rotating them? The Decathlon ones are very reasonably priced.

Know it goes without saying, but don't go anywhere near M&S or the supermarkets. A decent sports bra is absolutely essential!
