Style and beauty

Really confused about sizing on one of these cheap and cheerful Chinese fashion sites.

Am tempered to order a jacket from SheIn.

Now everything I've read has said that the sizing on these sites is tiny, the stuff is designed for tiny Asian women and not flabby Irish heifers like me.

I'm usually a 12 in jackets and coats. Bust is 38 inches. So was leaning towards ordering a Large.

Here's the confusing bit: the size guide for the jacket in question has the bust measurements as

S: 114cm - 44 inches
M: 118cm - 46 inches
L: 122cm - 48 inches

Shock Confused

What the heck? Can anyone advise. I really like the jacket 😭.

Can anyone advise

Yes I can. Do not order the jacket

It seems like a bloody good deal but it will arrive misshapen and weirdly sized and you will be very disappointed

Don't, I ordered a couple of things from there once and they were awful, completely bizarre shape and sizing, very poor quality, utter waste of money. Only person I know who's ever been able to buy things from there is a very petite friend who's about 4"11 and a size 6/8

My advice is to save your money and get something decent. There are so many funny Chinese fashion site fails on the internet.... You don't want something made out of shower curtain fabric, do you?

They rip all their designs off from US and European designers/retailers anyway. If you post a link to the jacket, someone might be able to point out where you can buy the original Wink

Gosh well I love SheIn - I've never had a bad order but I scrutinise the reviews and customers own photos and tend to order the 2nd smallest size never the smallest - I'm size 8 and 5foot 3. If you post a link to the jacket I'll try and help you.
I would say the quality is very decent - never had so many compliments on my wardrobe - their self portrait dresses are phenomenal. I also get lovely thick shift dresses for work and lovely thick linen t shirts that slouch perfectly. I wouldn't touch the jeans or trousers though nor the accessories.
