What do I want for my 30th? Inspiration please!

I am going to be 30 shortly after Christmas and my parents/DP have started to ask what I might like as a present. I'm a bit stuck really, which I know is a lovely position to be in - and I was wondering what sorts of lovely things other people might have marked milestone birthdays with? I'm not thinking hugely expensive, more something that I'll use/wear and look on happily as being for this big birthday. I already have a couple of lovely watches/handbags, I was thinking perhaps a piece of jewellery along the lines of Alex Monroe, but I'd love some inspiration and I'm sure people have had some wonderful gifts!

I've got a biggie coming up and I've asked for some Vivienne Westwood jewellry as she's been a hero of mine for 40 years.

I just turned 30 and didn't know what to ask for. I was very lucky and got a zorbing experience, a watch, shoes, perfume, a pair of earrings and braclet and went away for a child free weekend.

For my 30th I was very lucky and received an Alex Monroe necklace and a gorgeous Vivienne Westwood necklace plus a Missoni scarf.

Ooh a scarf is a nice idea, I love scarves in autumn/winter and a treat one would be lovely. Simply which Alex Monroe necklace have you got? Some lovely ideas so far!

I got a ring for my 40th. We also went away, so had memories, as well as things.

I have the gold bee, the silver feather and the rose gold Goring shrimp and I love them all.

I got a Barbour jacket, I love it and wear it loads. Amazing at keeping the wind off but also looks smart and flattering.
