What are you hoping to find now the A/W stuff is coming into the shops?

I'm after a proper old fashioned denim mini (not too mini though!) skirt, straight not A-line and no buttons. I realise that this is far from being 'in' but I like them.

I also want some really lovely big scarves - ideally a burnt orange one, a bright pink one and a red one.

Also, a pleated red skirt and the perfect grey v neck jumper.

You?

Ah I want the opposite, an a-line denim skirt (buttons optional), that actually fits me properly. I have large hips and smaller waist and any that fit my hips are far too big on the waist. It's annoying.

Also some nice teal/brown/rust colours please!

Have seen so many A-line ones, both mini and midi. Tricky to get right though - no good at all if the fit isn't perfect.

A pair of leather ankle boots in the Isabel Marant Dicker style but MUCH cheaper obvs.

As rare as hen's teeth as they're universally Suede but where I live it rains constantly so Suede, however pretty, is no good to me at all.

I'm hoping you find a burgandy or aubergine leather jacket of beautiful quality, that has mistakenly been marked at 50% off.

...and that has burgundy spelled correctly!

So many things.

Flat OTK boots (a decade or so behind everyone else), preferably taupe but grey might be acceptable.

Knitwear, fitted crew neck and slouchy v neck, in taupe, grey and/or bright red.

New flat ankle boots, probably brown lace up.

Knit dresses, to wear with aforementioned OTK boots.

I want a really beautiful, classic yet edgy wool coat in a gorgeous fairly bright colour. Maybe coral or teal. For less than £200. IT DOESN'T EXIST

I want lovely autumn clothes that aren't in these 70s autumnal colours - mustard, rust, burgundy etc all look bloody awful on me.

Hopefully Yes, I want a red jumper too - or burgundy.

A pair of black, flat calf length boots. Maybe they're not "in" this year, as only ankle boots or the odd pair of over the knee boots are in the shops.Sad

A slouchy burgundy or dark grey bag, with plenty of in-built storage and not made out of leather or suede, as I'm vegetarian.

Black flat ankle boots to wear with a skirt or jeans.

A casual but elegant winter coat

Perfect jeans

I want a non-leather bag too. Fabric, v light, as practical as a backpack but a bit better looking. Can't find anything that I like.

I am forever hunting a lovely slouchy grey jumper, oversized. Not too chunky as I am too plump at the moment but decent wool content.

A really good parka, with a big hood, long enough to cover a dress/skirt. Not an "outdoor brand" like Northface, but something that's stylish and cosy.

I want a pair of low heeled calf-length boots that don't look like boats on me! I have slim calves but size 8 feet so most boots in this style look ridiculously wide on me.

Seasalt has a navy one Judy, I have 15% off code of you're interested

remus let me know when you find the skirt - I want same to wear with thick opaques after years of living in the sun.

Also chunky, slouchy grey or navy jumper to replace a lovely massimo duti one which is on last legs.

A mid grey leather biker jacket without a waist buckle.

Judy I got a Parka London one in the sales in January and it's lovely and cosy. Whistles parkas always look good too.

This skirt is the right shape and looks the right colour, but too long.

Oh yes and a thigh length waterproof parker, with hood, preferably fur lined...got to be super warm in black or navy. Money no object if I can find one that I can wear over smart workwear and also for casual on weekend

Oversized v-neck jumpers in dark colours (but not burgundy, I hate burgundy) that are machine washable.

A pair of black, slouchy ankle or mid-calf boots with chunky soles that I can just stick my feet into.

I've already bought a couple of things:

A long length Bomber Style (not hip length like my teen DD wears, but mid thigh and navy). I have winter coats but unless it's -10c, I won't need them (hot flushes). I fancied a Parka but I think they#d be too warm

I have a dusty pink jumper and a bottle green ribbed jumper.

I want:
An argylle sweater
Chunky lace up boots that I can drive in
Gloves/scarf maybe plaid
Black cord leggings
A non leather bowler bag or one of those Dr bags

New socks

My nails to not snap as soon as it's cold.
