My daughter took a photo of me yesterday and I was appalled by my saggy boobs so I have done what I always do in times of need, and have turned to Mumsnet! I've read lots of old threads about correct sizing and I think mine must be wrong. I measure 35 and 43 and currently wear a 38D but I guess I should be wearing a 36F? I also discovered I think I have 'splayed breasts' which also makes me feel old! Is there a type of bra to push myself together a bit more, and make me look less saggy?! Any advice from you wonderful people who seem to understand this mystery would be most appreciated!

I think your more like a 36G but you may find a 34 more or less comfortable it's worth trying both.

If you get the band right the sagging will be much improved.

You probably want to look at balcony (sp) or push up near if you want to push things together basically the you want to buy between the cups to be as small as possible

Remember to scoop scoop and scoop some more

Wearing the right size bra will definitely help. If you measure 35 then I'd try a 34. I found a smaller backsize means straps fall down less and I'm still comfortable.
Debenhams have some great cleavage boosting ones in their gorgeous DD+ range. I just got a nude and a black one for £22 each
Don't forget the scooping Smile

good quality bras make all the difference.
I found if you dont want padded ones, try one with a sling design. I have just bought one in boux avenue which has satin quarter cup which extends round to form sides and then straps ...a sling ( not pretty description but effectively what it is) and then has lace cups. it gives a fabulous uplift without adding bulk.

Thanks - that's really helpful. I have just googled scooping - wasn't doing that! Think I will be going shopping tomorrow...
