easy fake tan for white, pasty old legs!

That's it really. Most times I wear long flowing type skirts/dresses but have gone mad today and bought two linen dresses that finish at the knee. Two white varicose veiny legs is not a good look! Could anyone advise. I did look in Boots but became totally confused. I think what I would like is something that will self tan and then needs topping up say every week if there is such a product. My arms are looking pretty white too. I've some Dove Summer Glow which I have found in the cupboard. If I used that every night for a month before we go on holiday would that give a more healthy look? Any advice gratefully received.

I use the Dove stuff. It's pretty good.

If you are as white as you say you should see a difference in 3-4 days with a gradual tan. Then when you are happy with the colour cut down to very other day or every 2 days.

If you are in a hurry Bondi Sands self tan mist is very easy to apply and will give you a long lasting golden glow in a couple of hours. (Boots has it and maybe Super Drug). Use it in the shower/bath because it is quite messy.

I'm a fan of the Dove stuff when I'm on holiday. It's difficult to bugger it up and it does give a bit of glow. Quite often I do a few days with the light-medium one, then switch to the medium dark for a day or so and then don't do it for a couple of days. You can't go wrong with it, really. If I'm not on holiday I use the loreal sublime bronze which is supposed to last two weeks; it doesn't but it does last a good few days and again, is easy enough to apply. When it's really hot and sweaty, tho, I find it rubs off in a random manner, so isn't do good for holidays.
