Desperate last minute plea for shapewear to wear under this dress...

I'm wearing this out on Friday, but still have nothing very good to wear underneath it. I'm a size 10 but am a bit wobbly since having kids I should have chosen a different dress. It's mainly my bum and thighs that bug me, but the dress is too short to wear with most thigh control pants out there. Any that are slightly shorter just seem to cause a load of thigh bulge too. Does anyone have any suggestions of any brands or particular products that would be good, particularly for firming/lifting bum.I ordered some control slips from Asos but they are uncomfortable and think I will send back.

If I am wearing a shorter dress with Spanx that are too long then I fold the legs back on themselves to make them shorter (if that makes sense??) would choose black with a black dress so if you do flash the edge of them by accident no one will notice :-)

Forgot to say that I find the branded Spanx expensive but worth it! Bought mine from Amazon 4 years ago and they are still going strong!
