Help needed with choosing Amazon top sizing

So I need to buy this Tinkerbell top from Amazon in a size 10.

However the sizes are s,m,l etc. I would normally get a small or medium but it's confusing as the description provides chest measurements e.g. S= chest 48cm - I only know my bra size (32" / 81cm).

Has anyone come across these chest measurements before and can advise which size I should order? Also reviews have said they come up small.
