What didn't arrive was the fucking plumber who I booked at 9am. Waited in all day before calling at 4pm to chase only to be told their van had broken down. Two things: 1. Did the phone also break? 2. Their office is round the corner from my house! RAGE.

Well, I've been called up to join team GB running team, so I've told DH that he'll have to go on the cruse alone with DCs .....I'm off to Rio ....... But ive had to stipulate to Stella that under no circumstances am I wearing any of her skimpy outfits, Sweaty Betty only for me

I'm looking for an Oud based perfume, any ideas please? I tried the Jo Malone Oud & Bergamot at duty free the other week, so I can hang on and get that now that I've decided that I like it. Jo Malone were doing an extra discount plus they gave us a voucher for an extra 20% of any duty free. Hoping that they might have that offer on again in october.

Training starts back in earnest on Friday, after a hiatus and gentle return since DD. 3 times a week is the aim, bootcamp style. Excited to get going again properly.

Good for you peach, took me years to get my arse in gear post DC! Hopefully made up for that now

Out for dinner with DH (local as he has early flight). Wearing cropped jeans which I customised with some patches, black theory muscle vest, leopard heels, pink TS blazer, Givenchy Rottweiler clutch and rockstud bracelet. Am actually pretty pleased with the jeans which never happens when I DIY something!

So with my newly discovered wardrobe (aka things lurking in there I had forgotten about!), I was wearing the most gorgeous Coast dress today, dusty pink on top with lovely black pearls bib on top, and the bottom half was black. I wore it with my oyster Armani jacket, and my nude and black Valentino love latch shoes. Accessories were Hermes kelly watch, hermes hapi leather bracelet and my Mulberry Roxanne bag which I have been surgically attached to for weeks. Loved my outfit and got lots of compliments. I have a big meeting tomorrow and wish I had saved it for then!!

thank you everyone! i'm absolutely staggered at how much i've lost. I sort of got blind to just how big i'd actually got and even though i'm about half the size now, i still know ive got a lot left to lose. I do feel a lot better for it though, somehow just feel lighter emotionally not just physically

i'll join the relay team as a cheerleader as i can't run, i'll get pom poms and signboards and everything
