Beauty products in the heat

Whilst I know that this heat won't last too much longer, I'm desperate to feel more comfortable - I am using Lush Silky underwear after a shower which helps body wise, but feel like I have the sweetie at face known to womankind. And my cream cleanser isn't leaving me feeling at all clean, especially as I'm wearing sunscreen. Plus my forehead has broken out in lots of under the skin bumps.

What can I use, that's a) cheap - stay-at-home mum and b) really gentle as I have rosacea and loads of essential oil type products irritate me wildly
