Hourglass powders - do you have one? Do you like it?

I want one, but I would really want to hear from people who use them.

Does it do anything, will you buy a new one once you finish the one you use?

I love them - in fact there is a thread I started last week down the list a bit asking where I can replace the one I've just hit pan on in the UK!

I have Diffused Light and I love it. I first got it in the Ambient Lighting Palette, but I've since purchased the full size. Some are more glittery than others, I think, so it's worth going to Space NK (or I think John Lewis stock them as well, or it might be House of Fraser?) and testing them.

It seems to give a lovely glowy finish, but not in a glittery way, but does get rid of some of the shine (I'm a bit oily). I also find it tones down any redness as it's yellow-y.

What brush are you using?

I use a realTechniques powder brush mostly. But I'm not using it like a traditional highlighter. More like a powder.

I recently bit the bullet and bought the Hourglass Ambient Palette as a birthday treat and I LOVE it! It is so beautiful and the shades are gorgeous. I see it lasting me all year round, especially as at the moment I am only really using luminous bronze light and diffused light to enhance my post holiday tan.

Am using a standard real techniques brush and it's going on fine. Really natural finish and very complementary on the skin. Makes me look much healthier and 'glowy', without looking sweaty or oily!

Thanks, I did wonder if I needed their brush as well.
