I have brown spot things under my eyes

I look like I have two black eyes :(

It's below my eyes actually just above my cheek bone. They look like a cross between pigmentation, a bunch of freckles and dirty brown marks. I am 35 and use sunscreen religiously.

I put make up on them but I think it makes it look worse if anything. I am now going to work and feel really self conscious because I look like I've either been in a fight or I'm really really tired.

I am seeing my derm next month but in the mean time WTF are they?
