Not literally but husband out, my fibrology greasy hair as per previous thread someone put on feels greasy as chuff and need to get my hair good and clean. Washing up liquid??

Yes, washing up liquid can be used to clarify. Just lather it up in your hair with lots of hot water and condition as usual.
If you have conditioner other than Fibrology then use that to give your hair a rest from it.

I'm so going to scrub my hair! I didn't get the conditioner so am OK in that front. Just read I can use bicarb too! Love bicarb

That's ok. I watched a programme once that compared cheap and expensive shampoos, and Asda value Apple shampoo had identical ingredients to washing up liquid.
Hope your husband comes home to a new swishy haired woman.smile

He may do but I will be asleep! Looking forward to it though and can believe "Apple"
Shampoo was like the dish liquid. My wash up liquid is pink grapefruit actually!
