Hanbury Manor Spa - is it any good?

Hi all, Im looking for a spa break in Hertfordshire and thinking of going to Hanbury Manor (I know of others in Herts but they are too expensive). Has anyone used the spa there? Is it any good? Is it overly busy in the week? Im going to be 7 months pregnant when I go so will try the pregnancy massage.

I went October time. I really enjoyed it and it was lovely, quiet and relaxed. Visited on a Wednesday with my DM.

The food in the restaurant was good too!
