Help me accessorise this dress

Long time lurker, first time poster so please be gentle with me!

I've bought this dress to wear to a wedding, but not sure what shoes, cover up etc.will look best. I've got a suede clutch bag which is a sort of taupe colour (bit darker than the one in the picture), so was thinking shoes in the same colour (if I can find ones to fit my wide feet, with not too big a heel), and perhaps an ivory jacket or pashmina. I'm not usually a jacket person as always think the shoulders look too big on me, so usually prefer cardigans.

Does this sound ok? Do I need a fascinator, or are they a bit naff?

I'd go with Lilac accessories.
Fascinators are a matter of personal choice. I think they're nice, but plenty of people will tell you they're a no no, so. Do what suits you.

Taupe or blush for the shoes and clutch. A kimono style jacket wd de-emphasise your shoulders or a jacket with a BB neckline .Lovely dress.

Apologies for my shortcuts! Brigitte Bardot necklines on jackets have collars that stand away from the edge of the shoulders . So no shoulder on the jacket but a lovely frame for the face and neck.
