I'm 28 and all I see in shops is crop tops(shudder)
I'm deffo too old for those.
I like shops like Zara/Topshop/H&M/whistles etc
I have no idea what's even in fashion anymore.
Today I have a pair of river island washed black ankle grazer jeans on with a white top and a cream fitted blazer from Zara and in stuck for what shoes..

in fashion right now seems to be cropped flared trousers (which personally I think suit very few people), off shoulder tops and quite loud prints but florals. A bit of boho (embroidery) still going on too from what I saw in H&M yesterday. Bomber jackets, all sorts with or without embroidery. Shirt dresses.

Right now I am slobbing in my H&M white with black horizontal stripes long nightdress, Tu at Sainsburys navy with white polka dots dressing gown and Sainsbos pink and grey comfy slipper/mule things.

Off to meet friend later so depending on weather will be jeans or skirt with top.

I noticed a lot of bomber jackets too, really don't suit them.
Wish I had a personal shopper ha ha

I didn't think I suited bomber jackets OP until I saw and bought this gorgeous lighter army green satin one with an orange lining. Of course I bought the camouflague top that was on sale with it... Looks nice and very comfy but jacket on short side. but nice still.

In my neck of the woods, Cold Shoulder Tops are in.

Shows off a tan nicely, the shoulder/collarbone on most people is a good area to expose.

I am wearing a wide maxi skirt in black and white stripes, and a vest top (the kind of vest top that was first around in the late 90s).

It's probably not very fashionable.

Yy to lots of cold shoulder tops - the kind with cutouts and also the kind with just small straps going over the top.

I've seen a few bardot-type tops around too.

Shoes that are in are lace up 'ghillie' style which is love but don't have much use for!

I'm in a Primark tight white top with cap sleeves
Wide leg trousers - navy and white stripes
Silver flat sandles.

River Island boyfriend jeans. Pink/faded tie dye-ish t shirt also River Island. Birkenstocks.

Not really fashionable but absolutely my style. If I go out later I will probably change into a black/ multi floaty vest top I got from H+M this week and a black cardigan also from H+M from a couple of years ago.

ASOS smock dress, leggings and ballet shoes. I agree with others that cold shoulder tops are definitely 'in'- I couldn't wear one, I'd want to keep pulling it up!!

YY to off the shoulder tops. Also co-ords.

Today I'm in a Joules Breton top, boyfriend jeans and loafers. Probably end up putting on my Dumbo PJ bottoms at some point as we're not planning on leaving the house again today/this weekend.

Your outfits sound lovely :-)
Think I might try a bomber jacket on.
I'm quite boring with outfits it's always jeans with a top.
Love a good Breton top, bought a black and white stripe one and love it with a red handbag.
I often see people with lovely outfits but it never looks like that on me.

I was shopping at Oxford Circus today. Lots of cold shoulder style tops, slogan ts, bomber jackets, cropped jeans, floral midi dresses and tops with frills/ruffles, denim pinafore dresses, mid heel shoes and sandals.

I was wearing Zara blue and white stripe long sleeve off the shoulder top, Topshop dark blue Jamie jeans and Clark's black low heel sandals. I'm 40 so not exactly at the cutting edge of fashion!!!!

The only colours I seem to wear are white/cream/beige/grey or stripe
I just don't suit colour
I've ended up buying a white waterfall cropped blazer today,a black and white stripe top.
Not exactly vogue fashion ha ha

Late to the party - I wore a red Warehouse t-shirt (brought Louche short reed cardigan along) with Top Shop Baxter I think jeans high waisted dark navy and blue Moda in Pelle Trainers.

I tried on a jumpsuit in sale in shop - see link:-

www.greatplains.co.uk/product/jgfaa/skylark-wide-leg-jumpsuit.htm?search_keywords=jumpsuit

But then I wondered when and why would I wear it etc? I also tried on a great plains dress but I have enough dresses.

I have seen this gorgeous jumpsuit (sold out in UK) I could buy it on their online shop get it shipped to a friend in USA and she'd post it to me... not sure though. I really really like it!

I thought of other things that are trendy - printed joggers.

Colours I noticed and have noticed, bright orange is really trendy. I am umming and aahing over an &otherstories top in that colour.

Accessory wise still lots of bracelets with tassels.

OP - I think you have to be careful with Cold Shoulder Tops - I saw a woman in one today - looked really nice but looked as though it could slip down any second!

Denim dresses in tunics or other styles are 'in' too.

I think just wear what you like, don't worry too much about being on trend. Me - I'm not 100% a fan of Breton tops but if they suit you then wear them!

My SIL (tall, slim, dark, gorgeous) can wear COS (I can't!) and black/navy background with white dots polka dots (tops etc), I have to be careful with that print. I am loving chiffon skirts with prints even though one &otherstories one I'm sure makes me look big, but sod it, I love the pattern and will look better if I ever lose weight.

The cropped blazer was actually primark of all places and only £7 in the sale.
Seems quite good quality as well.
Bargain

You must suit some colour OP do you go for any preference not even for clothes? Eg like blue as a colour? You could introduce it first in an accessory eg a bag or jewellery then maybe a top... Also colours suit people apparently at different ages, when young I really liked and suited black but find it too much now still like sometimes. I also suit yellow now strangely enough didn't like it when younger!
