What accessories to wear with this dress?

I'm wearing this (extremely bright, although less so in real life than in this picture) dress to a formal (white tie) event. Since it is so bright, and I am unused to wearing colour, I'm really struggling to know what colour wrap/bag I should look for. I think black would be too harsh - is there a better option? It's less orange and less shiny than in this picture.
