Mineral foundation recommendations please

I've been using Bare Minerals mineral foundation but it needs replacing and just wondering what else is out there? I have very pale skin. Your recommendations please?

I use GOSH mineral powder and I find it amazing. It gives great coverage and looks like a liquid when put on with a buffer brush. I also have sensitive skin and this causes me no harm. Not sure of the stg price but it is 13.99 euro.

I use Laura Geller balance and brighten - prefer the coverage to bare minerals.

There is one called lolo or something who do tester pots and go really pale. £1.99 or similar for tester. Will try and find it...

Another vote for GOSH mineral foundation, I get it from superdrug and it is brilliant. I've used bare minerals, Laura Mercier and Prescriptives before but GOSH is as good if not better and it's £9.99! I used the Real Techniques kabuki brush and I often get told what good skin I have - if only they knew what was underneath!

YY Lily Lolo. The Porcelain shade is very pale, and the £1.49 samples are excellent.

Elizabeth Arden Pure Finish. Has a little grinder in the case, so it never gets messy. Nice medium coverage.

Another vote for Lily Lolo.
Also recommended by someone on here a while back is Elemental Beauty. I tried it and find it gives more coverage than Lily Lolo. Another British company, based in Kent.
I change between the two depending how much coverage I want.

If you email lily lilo what shade of bare minerals you're using they'll let you know the best matches of their powders so you can order the closest samples. Their customer service is excellent.

I've just finished trying two mineral powder alternatives to bare minerals and have now gone back to bare minerals. My friend uses asap mineral powder and likes it.

I really like Lily Lolo too, and use Porcelain and Blondie shades . I am very pale. Great value and excellent quality products .

Do you use the Bare Minerals powder OP or the liquid one that you buff in with the big brush? I have that at the moment and I absolutely love it. I have given up on their powders, as Ive got older they look too drying and I need a dewier finish. I find the liquid one is lovely, good coverage but not heavy looking and it's easy to get a flawless finish by putting it on with a small flat brush, then using fingertips to blend, then buffing all over with a big soft brush.

My other fave is the Mac liquid mineral foundation but I have to say I've not found anything better than either of these two, and I've tried quite a few.

I've used mineral foundation for years, and tried pretty much all the main brands. I like Laura Geller, not much coverage though but a nice finish, and I do rate Lily Lolo, they have a good range of shades. The Elizabeth Arden one is lovely too, but it's so expensive and I don't think it's worth it for the price.

I have however just discovered a new fab brand. It's called Pure Magic Minerals and you can get it on Amazon for £5.95. Great range of shades, especially for pale skins - I got what looked like my usual shade and it actually turned out to be too light, but luckily as they had included a few samples of other shades I was able to change down and got one which is a perfect match (light olive if you're interested - it sounds dark but really isn't!). The coverage is so good, and it really lasts. Only downside is that the pot is quite small, but it still works out much cheaper.

Inika does a really good pale colour.

I've tried a lot but I keep going back to Bare Minerals. I've got very dry skin & I need the bismuth "sheen" effect to stop it all looking a bit flaky. Inika, Lily Lolo just look dusty and crepey on me no matter how well moisturised my skin!

I use Jane Iredale pure pressed base, it is the best I have found and I have spent literally hundreds of pounds trying to find a good foundation, it is pure mineral and it is crazy easy to apply. I have blemished and oily skin and it is the best thing i have ever used, its on the expensive side but i think it is well worth it, i am very fair and use Bisque colour, they have a wide range of colours, there is a lighter one for incredibly fair people called ivory, but the range is really wide so most skin types can be catered for.

Yet another vote for Lily Lolo here.
They often send offers and I only buy in their "sale" or when there's free postage etc.
So it doesn't work out too expensive at all.

Been using their mineral powder (candy cane, a pale shade) for over 3 years now after spending a small fortune on many different mineral powders, and this is by far the best I've found.

Also recommend their kabuki brushes.

Yes, Lily Lolo brushes are the best, I have their standard size kabuki and the mini kabuki, both are ace.
