Men's summer footwear recommendations for the man with unsightly toe nails...

Just that really. He doesn't want to wear sandals as his toes will be on display for all to literally swoon over. But reluctant to get trainers as his feet get all hot and sweaty. He lives in crocs and I hate his crocs.

Any suggestions (other than a chiropodist appointment?)

If a visit to a chiropodist can transform his unsightly toenails into something approaching acceptability beauty, why not book an appointment for him?
